Help make learning come alive by sponsoring a camp or expo event for students in need. Your support gives them the opportunity to explore new worlds and gain invaluable experiences outside the classroom.

Requirements for Volunteers & Vendors

Volunteers

To serve as a BigHope volunteer, you must complete the following steps:

  • Submit a volunteer form (digital or paper copy)

  • Pass a background check

  • Receive approval from the BigHope team

Vendors

To partner with BigHope as a vendor, the following is required:

  • Meet with the BigHope team

  • Obtain approval from the BigHope Board

  • Submit a vendor form (digital)

  • Receive an approved Scope of Work

  • Final approval from the BigHope team

Guest Speakers

To speak at a BigHope event or program, please complete the following:

  • Submit a vendor form (digital)

  • Pass a background check

  • Meet with the BigHope team and the corresponding school or host organization

  • Receive final approval from the BigHope team
