BigHope exists to level the playing field for youth in overlooked and underserved communities.

We empower students in South Dallas through hands-on STEAM education, mentorship, and emotional wellness support—giving them the tools, confidence, and belief they need to thrive in school and in life.

Our programs are designed to spark curiosity, build self‑worth, and create real-world pathways to opportunity. Through coding, robotics, engineering challenges, leadership development, and family engagement, we help young people see themselves as creators, problem-solvers, and future leaders.

It’s not just about tech skills—it’s about believing they belong in every room.

Founded by former NFL player Oren O’Neal, BigHope is committed to building lasting impact—one student, one classroom, and one community at a time.
