About the Program

BigHope’s Teens in Tech program equips high school students with hands-on technology skills, industry certifications, mentorship, and career exploration opportunities that prepare them for college, the workforce, and high-demand careers.

Teens in Tech (TNT) is a semester-long workforce development program designed for high school students who want to explore careers in technology, engineering, and aviation. Through hands-on learning, students gain practical experience while earning valuable industry credentials and connecting with STEAM professionals.

  • Drone Flight Operations
  • Aerial Photography & Mapping

  • Coding & Emerging Technologies
  • Career Readiness Teamwork & Leadership
  • Professional Communication

FAA Certification: Students who complete the program will receive training through Pilot Institute and have the opportunity to earn their FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification.
